1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are automatically calculated at checkout using real-time rates provided by Wix’s integrated shipping tools. These rates are determined based on:

Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Hooked on Soap LLC is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and documentation in the event a claim needs to be filed.
